Summary
It starts, like most things, with a request. A whim.
“You wanna try sticking something else in?”

Summary
‘Hikaru’ tastes like a phantom sensation; of an old memory never buried. Ruins of a home, a shell of something familiar. Like death, like a graveyard, like love and air and everything in between. Sucking him in, tugging him down further into the rabbit hole.
Yoshiki thinks he should hate it.
He doesn’t.
Yoshiki, 'Hikaru', and how to kiss.

Summary
“We’re actually doing this,” Rumi heaves out when they break apart. Whining when his hands dip for her ass. When fingers squeeze and nails scratch at the material of her jeans like he needs them off or else he’d go insane.
“You’re the one who wanted to fuck your best friend,” he says, even though he doesn’t want it any less.
And he indulges her — he really does. Because this, too, will become habit.
Jinu, Rumi, and a study in intimacy between friends.
(spoiler: they are not just friends. not really.)

Summary
“Last time we talked, you said I had issues,” he reminds her. The way he tucks a strand of her hair behind her ear is sickeningly sweet. Deliberate; a graze too gentle and too loving. “That it was all my fault, that I was too jealous and possessive and I suffocated you.” He presses his lips together, tight like he has to hold back the whispers of devotion. Like he has to stop himself from getting on his knees and begging again. “You wanted me gone.”
And something tightens in her chest then. A pang of guilt that she tries to hide before it could show on her face. Yet she knows he catches on anyway, because he frowns before he sneers, remorse before slight satisfaction that he managed to hurt her back in some way.
Even then, it’s still nothing compared to what she put him through. So she says nothing this time, lets him as he pulls away. Her nails almost catch the edge of his sleeve — but then her hand falls. Limp.
Love lies bleeding.

Summary
“I thought as much,” he says, head thrown back in arrogant confidence. The air feels cold as it cuts into her skin — but not as cold as the flash of something dangerous in indigo as he rakes nails, only lightly, across the skin of her stomach. Teasing her, giving her only the slightest touch because she also gives him so little. “Only been gone for like a minute and you’ve already stolen something again. What are you, a pervert?”
That felt like a slap across the face. Lumine is heady, close to combusting as he glares her down like she’s nothing, like she’s below him and he could step on her and she’d thank him for it.
Every secret spills eventually.
