Summary
Katsuki’s eyes don’t seem quite right, not as vermillion as Dabi remembers, and the light isn’t illuminating his sun-bleached hair the way it normally does. It’s currently more of a darker shade, something that makes his usual platinum appear slightly more ashy.
In addition, Dabi notes that the delicate crease in between his brows is gone, something that he’s never really seen the other without, even when he’s asleep or when he’s laughing—not even when his face is twisted with pleasure as he rides through wave after wave of bliss.
Despite the way Katsuki looks off, like a painting that was done by a single glimpse of the blond, by someone who obviously doesn’t even know him, he can’t stop the fluttering in his stomach when he sees him.
Dabi can't find it in him to stop reminiscing. In every dream, every thought, every whisper of a memory, it's always Katsuki Katsuki Katsuki.
He just wishes Katsuki was here.Series
