Summary
Stan didn't know how jealous he could really get until Bridon Gueermo came along. He tried so hard to get Wendy to stop focusing on him, but apparently sticking up for Bridon and getting him to play basketball against his father's wishes briefly didn't do anything. God, he hated popular kids. He couldn't even admit to himself that he enjoyed helping Bridon, or that he liked him at all.
Maybe that's why he got so mad, because he liked him. But, Stan was too late. When he finally realized his feelings towards Bridon after a two year long battle with himself, Bridon had already found someone.
Someone worse. Someone who reinforces his abusive father's ideologies. He acts like a spy sent to drive him back to musicals (the truth of this statement is debatable), and it worked. Of course it did. His name is Jack, and the only phrase that Stan can describe him with is 'pretentious douchebag'.
He needs to fix his mistakes, and he needs to do it quickly before it's too late.

this fic/au is based off a show called the unlisted. PLEASEEEEE watch it. its actually really fucking good. kinda underrated too, i've never seen ppl talk abt it
also, this is a rewrite (obviously). if you've read the old hidden motives, then you should still read this. it'll just be better, and might include new stuff if my brain cooperates with me and lets me have an idea for once

When the students at South Park Elementary are forced to go through mandatory dental work, Stan comes up with an interesting (and not-so-ethical) idea; get Kyle to impersonate him so he doesn’t have to deal with it.
But, soon after the dental work, everyone who took it started acting.. Weird. They’d freeze up and start acting like robots.
Stan and a group of other people who avoided the dental work make it their mission to get to the bottom of everything.
Unfortunately, it soon becomes known that it won’t be easy. Especially when Stan’s having to face his own best friend.
