Summary
Viktor’s life has prepared him for a great many things, just not for the particular situation of accidentally walking in on Jayce—his roommate, best friend, and unfortunately also the very heterosexual object of Viktor’s very homosexual desires—jerking off naked in bed.
That is as unexpected as it is agonizingly awkward but at least something Viktor could rectify by graciously laughing it off as the perils of university roommateship. A funny story for them both to have a hearty chuckle about afterwards.
However, the part that will make this difficult is that Jayce isn’t in his own bed.
He’s in Viktor’s.

“Good to know what?” Viktor asks, lips twitching though his eyes shyly skitter away.
Jayce takes his time—lifts the cup, takes a purposeful slow sip of his tea, never breaking eye contact. “That you only go extra pink when I’m in the room.”
Viktor scoffs, playful. “You’re too full of yourself, Mr. Talis.”
“Perhaps you should be, too,” Jayce taunts.
“Should be what?” Viktor carefully asks.
“Full,” Jayce drawls out, that playful smirk still dangerously curling his lips as he shifts forward, “of me.”

Friendships in the valley form fast. The nearest town is over an hour down the mountain road through the park, and even then, it’s a small community mostly fueled by the tourism passing through. That's why everyone who works here lives here too. The valley is its own isolated community.

Summary
Jayce is the newest hire at a software company, where he enjoys training under his quiet, gentle Team Leader, Viktor. Despite his best efforts to become closer friends, Viktor seems to prefer solitude over social outings.
One night, after being dragged to a questionable Zaunite host bar by his friends, Jayce notices an oddly familiar scent from his assigned server. Jayce comes face-to-face with the club’s top performer and most requested, Cat Maid “Viki” — AKA Viktor, his reserved, sexy superior from work!
What's Viktor doing in a place like this?! Can Jayce keep his boss’s secret? Since when did Viktor own cat ears?! And most importantly, how is Jayce supposed to act normal at work after this?!

“You can keep going. If you, ah, if you want.” Jayce interrupts, and Viktor freezes.
What?
“It can help. With the pain, right? I've—I've read about it.” Jayce whispers. Viktor tries to take a deep breath, but fails miserably.
“I-huh?” Viktor isn't quite sure what to say, because he's not at all sure what they're talking about in the first place.
“You're saying... What are you saying?” Viktor asks, and Jayce shrugs a little, way too nonchalant.
“You can keep going. Get yourself off. I don't—I don't mind.” He whispers, and Viktor can't believe his ears.
He must be dreaming. Yeah, that must be it. Because there's no other explanation for Jayce offering him to—to—
But that's when Jayce's hand slips lower on Viktor's back and presses down, gentle but firm. Viktor hisses as the movement forces his swollen folds to rub against Jayce's thigh once again.
OR
Viktor and Jayce are locked in the lab and have to spend the night. Viktor is in a lot of pain. Jayce finds several ways to relieve it and changes their relationship forever.
