Summary
Seungmin is against any type of stereotype, but he has to admit that he perfectly fits the definition of “nerd”. Lee Minho, in turn, is the perfect stereotype of a popular boy, and it is clear that, as in any cliché, their paths crossed. When Seungmin is hired to babysit Minho's cats, he definitely didn't expect the three of them to adopt him and force the two to put joint custody into practice. The expectation is that they would act like real separated parents, but Seungmin begins to realize that his heart doesn't have the same plans for him.

Summary
Minho is just about to leave to go to work, but for some reason the sight of Seungmin makes his hand freeze on the lobby door handle. Seungmin hasn’t spotted him; he’s taking a neat stack of paper (flyers, Minho thinks solemnly) to the mailboxes. His hair is damp, as if he just took a shower, a droplet of water trailing down the smooth, unblemished column of his neck and wetting the collar of his plain white t-shirt.
Minho fleetingly considers how that neck would look littered with red marks and purple bruises.
Or; Minho hates his landlord with a passion, even more so since he started dreaming about him naked and spread out underneath him.

It can stretch, retract, and tangle, but it can never break. Some people had it around their ring finger, others around their thumb or their index. Some don’t have any at all. He’s seen people whose string has looped around their hand and even their arms, but he’s never seen someone practically covered in it like Jisung.
Jisung’s string started from his left thumb. It looped around his palm then his arm, creating countless circles up to his shoulder before snaking across his chest and weaving around his torso once, twice, thrice, he couldn’t count how many times.
Just how deeply connected is he to his destined pair for his red string to be so intricately weaved like that?

Summary
He heard Minho chuckle beside him, but he didn’t dare look. Instead, he trained his gaze on Felix who still sat at the water’s edge.
“Don’t tell me you’re feeling bashful, Jisung.” Minho teased, daring to lean over and bump his shoulder against Jisung’s. “It’s just me, dearest.”
The words flooded Jisung’s system, warming him from the inside. They were the sun’s rays, reaching into the deepest parts of Jisung’s soul and shining on areas of his soul that sat in the dark for far too long. Honey coated Minho’s tongue, syrupy sweet in Jisung’s ears.
“Just you is a bit of an understatement, Minho,” he finally said, “my heart cannot settle around you.”
When he managed to raise his gaze back to Minho, the Viscount was looking back at him with a tenderness Jisung had never seen on him.
“Nor can mine.”
[or: Jisung had always pictured himself courting and marrying a woman. A certain Viscount changed that.]
