Summary
Brucie!™ is a volunteering and virtual pet mobile application in which the user tends to a cartoon version of Bruce Wayne. Brucie, as a party boy and an idiot, is always falling into mishaps. The user’s job is to complete volunteering tasks in order to care for Brucie and earn in-game currency to purchase items, clothing, and accessories to decorate him and his home.
When Clark started using the Brucie!™ app, he intended it to be a fun and easy way to volunteer for a good cause. He didn't anticipate how quickly he would get sucked into Bruciemania.
For separate reasons, Bruce didn't anticipate how easy it was to get sucked into the app either.

Bruce raises an eyebrow, setting his tablet aside. He’s smiling faintly now, that stiff, all-business no-nonsense disposition giving way to Khoa’s Bruce, who engages in illegal street races and flings himself out of helicopters and frowns at the oven when he makes souffles. Before there was Ghost-Maker and Batman, or even Minhkhoa and Bruce, there was Anton and Jack and a world of so much possibility that it felt boundless when they were united. Sometimes it’s so effortless to recapture that old magic that Khoa forgets all the ways they grate against each other’s skin until they’ve worn each other raw once more. But then that in itself is a gift; no matter how they erode one another, it only further abrades their boundaries, keeping them eternally enmeshed.
