Sanji straightened his tie, smoothed back his hair, and smiled at his reflection in the mirror. The other Sanji, the one with black hair and cruel eyes that lived in his mind, said, “Do you ever wish you were different in every single way? Because you should.”
But Luffy said, “You’re a good cook.”
And Sanji smiled at the compliment even though Luffy knew he didn’t really understand it.

Summary
Luffy’s grandpa was well over nine feet tall and wide as a barn. Other than the occasional fist of love, this had no bearing on Luffy’s life until it suddenly did.
Sanji frowned, reaching out to press a hand to the top of Luffy’s head. “Am I going crazy or have you gotten taller?”
“If I get bigger, will you still carry me and cook for me and do my laundry and help me wash my hair?”
“Yes, you overgrown child—even if you’re more overgrown.”

Summary
The end of the meal finds Sanji looking out over the city with a cigarette in hand. He's not expecting rubber arms to wrap around his waist, or for the weight of a seventeen year old to come crashing into his back. His fingers lose the cigarette, and he sighs for the seconds preceding Luffy's speech. "Hey, Sanji. You should smile more, like you did today." Luffy rests his chin on Sanji's shoulder, and the cooks very aware of the fact that his captain has to stand on tiptoes to achieve that. "I like it when you smile." Sanji turns to look at Luffy, and he's caught off guard by his bright smile.
He's caught even more off guard when Luffy kisses him on the lips. It barely lasts five seconds, before Luffy is grinning and racing off to chase Usopp's calling voice.

Summary
Finally, when the roaring emptiness was sated and Luffy felt his strength come back, he reached out and snagged Sanji around the waist, pulling him in close and rubbing his grease-covered cheek against Sanji's chest — ignoring the yelp of protest about you're fucking up my shirt, shit-rubber!
"Saaaan-ji," he singsonged happily. "You're the best. I've got the best cook in the whole world on my crew!"
