Summary
Rodrigue likes to pretend there’s nothing wrong, that they are still close, and Felix shuns every attempt. He has no intention of ever forgiving the man, and refuses to give him any ground to stand on.
There are moments he forgets— though perhaps that is not a wholly accurate view of the situation. It would be more fair to say that sometimes Felix suffers moments of weakness, moments where he gives in and allows himself to view his father as the man he once knew. -
