Summary
Every few years, the werewolf families gather to hold a mating ritual.
Their omega and alpha children arranged to be married, to unite their families and further their bloodlines. Power arranged with power. Toge comes from a fairly average family, and is therefore arranged with a fairly average mate. He has no qualms about this. He will do what is needed to make his family happy, and to help save his family's reputation, even at the cost of his own heart.
Despite how much he yearns for another, there's no point holding out hope for a different future. A future where he and Yuuta might have been together instead. Yuuta is from a powerful bloodline, probably set to be arranged with an equally powerful family.
But who knows?
Anything can happen on the night of the ritual. -

There’s someone standing there already, looking down at the flowers, dressed in a black suit, jacket open revealing a white button-up. His hair is messy, parted to the side, and looking like it’s been tugged and has had hands run through it all morning. He’s…extremely good looking. Summary
From what Toge has learned about this cult, the religion was a fad in the late eighties, specifically in 1989, and it’s been growing rapidly ever since then. It’s even managed to spread to Toge’s hometown, located in the middle of nowhere. He’s read too many mangas and watched too many movies to be outsmarted by these people.
He’s heard about their so-called messiah: charismatic and beautiful, chosen specifically by their divine being, six-eyes, or whatever it is they call them. The cult’s messiah will lead everyone to paradise, chosen by their divine being, while their prophet spreads the word to the world. It all sounds like a horror movie in the marking the longer Toge thinks about it.
toge was just looking to make some extra money. now, the cult of the cursed order refuses to leave him alone. at least he has a welcome distraction from the lunatics coming to his door, his new neighbor, yuuta.

Summary
Yuuta’s eyes are intense as they take Toge in, filled with anger and amusement. He looks insane. This must be the expression he wears daily, the one of a criminal. It’s a good look on him.
“If you know what’s good for you, you’ll uncuff me right now,” Yuuta warns, pulling at the handcuffs again. “You won’t like what happens if I get pissed off.”
