Summary

Summary
It was not exactly guilt or remorse that allowed Robert to accept Flambae’s increasingly punitive revenge. What started as a transactional punishment - punching to relieve pent-up frustration as promised - devolved into what they had now. Some dark part of Robert that Flambae’s vitriol unlocked reveled in the mistreatment, begged for more. Made him get on his knees and take every delicious punishment, savor every sting, until Flambae was satisfied.

Summary
Robert had pretty much forgotten whose bright idea it was to have a sleepover at their big age. He vaguely remembered someone mentioning a movie marathon, and the plans to get together that night later dissolved into ‘hey I have some extra blankets and pillows, wanna stay over?’

Robert groaned tiredly, the rising heat flipping the cognizance switch back on in his brain. He was two seconds from elbowing Flambae in the ribs and ordering him to cool it down — but then, Flambae moved again, and Robert… felt something.

"Just one hint," Malevola pleaded. Prism leaned against her chair, eyeing Robert expectantly.
Robert stared at them briefly, deliberating over his response. He settled on honesty. They wouldn't believe him, and they wouldn't be able to link it to his identity as Mecha Man anyway.
"Sure. I can't die."
Prism sighed in frustration. "Oh come on! Don't be like that."
