Neither of them recovers.A story told through proximity, memory, jealousy, missed chances, and two people who spend years mistaking fear for self-control.
Written as a "present fracture, memory bleed" narrative.
The story alternates between post-discharge Los Angeles and key emotional phases of Taehyung and Jungkook's relationship across the years.
This is not a story about realizing they're in love.
It's a story about finally admitting they've known for a very long time. -

Jimin frowns at the honest regret in the other’s tone, so used to defensiveness and bitterness from him. "You can’t possibly hold it against him, Jeongguk-ah…"
"I don’t. He’s free to live his life without me. He deserves to. But it doesn’t mean I’m not holding it against myself."
