“Look, you two…” Akira sighs, pulling them closer to his sides. “I want the three of us to get along better. I know that it’s not an easy adjustment to make, but I’ve noticed some—” He purses his lips as he considers his next words. “—patterns of behavior between the two of you since I found Akechi again.” At that, he feels Haru stiffen.
Akechi looks up with a suspicious little glare. “What sort of ‘patterns of behavior’?”

Summary
Her already unsteady heartbeat picks up rapidly at the illusion of eye contact. On the screen, Akechi stretches, arching his back with intention in an exaggerated curve that highlights the dip of his small waist into his ass, covered by his neat slacks. When he opens his eyes again, he’s still looking at the camera with an expression that is both smug and disdainful.
Akechi knows about the hidden cameras. And he’s putting on a show for whoever is behind him.
Holy shit, Futaba thinks, rolling forward on her chair as close as possible to the monitor. Her face burns red behind her glasses, creeping across her face and behind the oversized headphones encompassing each side of her head. Tucking her legs up to her chest, she leans in, biting her thumb with intense concentration. Holy shit, he’s giving the camera a strip tease.

Futaba finds the hidden cameras in Akechi's apartment. Akira finds Futaba watching Akechi. What follows after is an arrangement beneficial to the both of them—at least, that's what she thinks at first.

Summary
Despite the tug in his gut that abhors this, it feels good to have Lestat to himself. Heat radiating off his body in waves, no longer clutching the cool porcelain but his own arm instead, fingers not making a dent in his flesh despite Lestat's brutal grip. He hasn’t eaten in months. The spilled blood turns his stomach over as saliva pools beneath his tongue.
With just about half the tour below their belts, Armand follows Lestat off the stage.

“You do, of course you do. Fifty years from now, a century, it does not matter, but you expect him to see how nicely you’ve been waiting, how penitent you are, how deep the bruises on your knees are from kneeling, and you expect him to count himself lucky to inspire such devotion in one such as you.”
Armand’s wide eyes narrowed. “And what of you?” he snapped. “You think he’s forgiven you?”
Lestat sobered, and reached out to touch Armand’s sleeve. “Of course not. Of course he hasn’t. Of course he won’t. Forgiving me would be like forgiving himself, and we both know he’ll never do that. Mon cher petit diable, you can’t only exist for the dream of Louis.”
