But the thing is, the New York dating pool is a bit of a nightmare.
David could write an entire TV show about his dating experience since he moved to the city a couple of years ago.
He can write about all the failed dates and terrible blind dates and disappointing one-night stands and the nightmares from Grindr and every other horror story he has experienced so far.
But that’s not the kind of writing he is interested in. He’ll stick to writing about true love and happily ever after.
