Summary
The kingdom of Khemet stands on the brink of a devastating war, and its young ruler must embark on a perilous journey to locate the missing deities of the royal city. According to ancient manuscripts and whispered legends, two of the three gods have taken the form of fearsome dragons—it's just Atem’s rotten luck that he cannot stand these beings.
What begins as a straightforward mission quickly goes awry, leaving the king stranded deep within a dragon-infested mountain range. There, far from his court and allies, Atem must find a way to earn the gods’ respect—an impossible task made slightly less so with the help of a mysterious boy who casually refers to these beasts as his “family.”

Summary
