Summary
Zhou Anxin never expected his life to turn into a story—let alone one he had already read.
After a summer spent binge-reading a BL manhwa his cousin forced on him, he wakes up inside that very world: Roses and Thorns.
Not as the protagonist, not even as the rival. But as an extra.
At first, Anxin refuses to accept it, and after weeks locked in his room, he makes a decision. He will stay out of the story.
—or so he thinks.
Because everything begins to fall apart the moment he meets Lee Sangwon, the protagonist.

Summary
Park Wonbin is a washed-up children's book author who hasn't written a word since his three-year-old daughter's funeral. He's thirty-eight, newly divorced, and thoroughly committed to his own misery. He enters a passionate and obsessive relationship with Shotaro, the twenty-five-year-old barista at the café he frequents.
Shotaro is youthful and bright, and Wonbin knows he should stop their entanglement before it goes too far, knows he's too old and too damaged for someone like Shotaro.Bookmarked by ro_wt

Summary
“I’m sorry, Anxin,” he breathes, as if rubbing salt to the wound. But he had to apologize—he felt the need to.
Both of their hearts were on the floor and Sangwon knew that he was the one to blame.
Anxin lets out a deep sigh, and tells him: “I actually thought I had a chance, you know? Turns out I was wrong. But maybe I misread everything. Maybe it was all in my head.”
Or, Lee Sangwon rejected Zhou Anxin when he confessed to him, and after a while, Sangwon realizes that he deeply regrets doing it.

Summary
“Let me help you.”
Sangwon’s voice was soft, the kind of tone that slipped beneath defenses and brushed against instinct. The air was already thick with tension, and the faint, sweet trace of the omega’s scent only made it worse. It stirred something deep in Anxin’s chest, something feral he was desperate to suppress. His jaw tightened.
“Don’t.”
The word came out rough, almost a growl. His voice strained under the weight of control, his shirt sticking to his skin, outlining the lean muscles that trembled with effort. Each breath he drew was shallow, as though he was afraid of breathing in too much of that scent.
“You should go back,” Anxin managed, his voice low and uneven. “It’s dangerous being here when I can’t control myself.”
