The pollution in the city is so bad, and Izuku is so weak, he might not survive the winter. Fortunately, a family friend has offered to take Izuku away to live in the country so he can get better. Strangely enough, Mr. Shigaraki seems to believe in fairies even though he’s a grownup, and seems to think that Izuku should as well.
