It was an eventful day for Han Juwon.
First it was Nam Sangbae’s death anniversary. Being back in Manyang felt a little bit like coming home. Of all the places, it was that town. But it was an event that had been preceded by anxiety. Meeting Lee Dongsik after such a long time, and the others–it wasn’t an easy concept in Juwon’s mind.
Then, he was summoned back to work. There was another lost soul he had to bring back home. The search went well into the evening before he got to go home. The date on his phone screen has changed to the next day already.
But it wasn’t the end, because what was waiting for him back home wasn’t just his bed. There was a woman–a girl, really–that was crouching by his door.
