Summary
The darkness is unending as Izuru lies there. Frozen. Warmth is still pooling around him and the soft hum of the chambers can be heard rhythmically pulsating from all sides.
What happened? Did something go wrong with the machine? Nothing feels particularly different from before he went in. It feels like mere seconds ago that he laid down in the eerie chamber with the others but his body tells a different story. Days. Weeks. How long had he been confined and powerless? Did this mean Junko had been successful in her ploy?

It will follow every day of their lives for the first year of their recovery and will be filled with their ups and downs as they slowly build themselves back up from the program, their lives and their losses to find a new home and family with each other. Nagito blinks, startled, as Hajime's face appears above him like an unwanted angel of death. He does not have the reflexes to bury himself under the snow fast enough.
"What are you doing?" Hajime asks.
Nagito's irritation blooms. Cold. Wet. Staring at Hajime's dumb face. Truly the trifecta of suffering.
"What does it look like I'm doing? Sunbathing."

Summary
Junko dramatically kicked the door open with a smug grin as she shoved a malnourished man into the room. Said man landed ungracefully on the floor with a sickening thud and the harsh rattle of a chain. Izuru almost thought the man would crack his skull open with the force of the fall, had he landed head first. Fortunately, he didn’t, as it seemed that fate had decided to spare Izuru from having a dead body in his living room. However, as he noticed that a chain—better known as what had been making such noise—was attached to a matching metal collar around the man’s neck, Izuru realized he had something much worse than a corpse on his hands.
“Junko… What is this?” Izuru asked. He knew very well what it was, he just couldn’t imagine why Junko would do such a thing.

TL;DR: Junko gives Servant to Izuru as a gift, and the latter slowly grows closer to his (surprisingly willing) slave.
