Summary
“Egg bound?”
“Yeah. Egg bound. Like a chicken?” She clarified, thinking it a bit self explanatory. Judging by the confusion written all over his face, Yoo Joonghyuk didn’t think the same, and so it was up to her to explain it as briefly as she could. “You see, hens get egg bound when an egg gets stuck in the cloaca. It makes them really weak and if the egg doesn't make its way out they can die. It's a pretty serious thing…quit making that face! Authors have to research pretty weird things sometimes, you know? It's not even that strange–.”
“Kim Dokja is not a hen,” he interrupted her rather stupidly. But as stupid as it was, she didn't have a rebuttal for it. Egg or not, Kim Dokja was human and had no cloaca, as far as she knew.
“No shit sherlock. I suppose that in this case it's closer to constipation.” She snorted, suddenly realizing something. “A very bad one; that egg is made of pure gold.”
Or
Kim Dokja gets hit by a rather uncomfortable scenario penalty. Yoo Joonghuyk helps.

Summary
As his vision cleared, he saw the chaos unfolding through the mix of smoke and dust, diminished only by the light entering from the gaping hole where once a wall stood.
While silently mourning all the hard work that would have to be redone after being burnt away, he wondered “who could be bold enough to attack the government building itself?”
From the thick smoke, his answer appeared. A dark figure against the flames; a tall man, dressed entirely in black–wasn't he boiling in all that leather?–. Blinking away the remaining blurriness, he realised he knew who he was, had seen his sharp profile on TV, on uncountable wanted posters; the Supreme King, a ruthless terrorist, a pyromaniac sociopath with a bloodthirst, a monster, a–
“B-Burnish!” Someone screeched from his right.
Or
Boring office worker Kim Dokja suddenly finds himself in the middle of a burnish attack.

Summary
“Please, don't cry.” She felt a hand fall on her shoulder. The voice it belonged to was kind, it was weirdly comforting. “You are making it more difficult for yourself.”
“I'm sorry.” She choked out. “I'm sorry.”
She herself had no idea what she was apologizing for, but there could be a chance that, if she sounded sincere enough, he could let her live.
“You don't need to apologize.” Kim Dokja sighed deeply, as if her distress were inconveniencing him. “It's not personal. You did nothing to deserve this but to be in the right place at the right time.” When her crying didn't stop, he added, “I would rather not have to do this too, but Yoo Joonghyuk needs to eat.”
Or
While traveling alone with no destination, Kang Seoyeon mets a man too kind for his own good, and makes the wrong decision.

Summary
Kim Dokja eyed him curiously and tapped the metal nuzzle with two fingers, moving yoo Joonghyuk's head slightly to the side. The muzzle was ill fitted, meant for a dog and found in a hurry. Like anything not meant for a human, it didn't adjust that well to its owner's face, and so it had to be fastened until the straps left marks on the skin.
“It must be hard for you, isn't it?” His voice was awfully gentle, as warm as the hand that brushed Yoo Joonghyuk's bangs to the side. He didn't get an answer, but he wasn't looking for one, either. “If it weren't for this, I bet you would have eaten me long ago.” He wondered how true that was. Yoo Joonghyuk knew how to be docile, he was no attack dog, most of the time. What was the limit of his humanity? “Do you want to devour me that much? It makes you irrational.”
Or
Kim Dokja travels with his zombie companion, looking for a cure.

Summary
"Maybe we'll come back one day,” he blurted out hopefully. “What do you think? Isn't this a lovely place to settle down?"
He regretted it even before he had finished saying it. However, there was no way to take away his words so he would just have to swallow back his heart and lie in the bed he had just made. But neither the anger nor the coldness he was dreading came his way. Instead of letting go, Yoo Joonghyuk's hand squeezed his in the pocket of warmth they shared.
“A nice place to grow old.” More than agreeing with him, Yoo Joonghyuk seemed to be lost in his own optimistic thoughts. “Maybe one day. Once everything is over.”
“Maybe.”
Or
Yoo Joonghyuk, a soldier, and Kim Dokja, a war photographer, meet and grow closer during war times. Their story is told from the future from different points of view.
