Summary
The silent mage saw him put a blanket around his beloved. Illuga smiled tenderly as Lohen fell asleep on his shoulder. The knight's expression softened, his mouth a little open as he snored. She saw him lacing their fingers together, and her heart melted at the adorable scene.
Back then, she followed heaven's dogmas. As an angel, she wasn't supposed to harbor any affection for anyone other than the Lord of the Sky. Yet, she did, and she was forced to watch as Elin's and Imunlaukr's love withered as soon as it bloomed. She was forced to watch her precious princess die tragically in her arms, and couldn't do anything to save her.
The shackled angel was now a free mage, and she would use all her power so that history would not repeat itself.
"This time, I'll protect you and your love. Watch me," she said softly in her mind.
This is the story of an angel turned mage, how her love froze a city, and how she found the reincarnation of the person she always wished to save.

Would you care for its pronouns like you do Karkata’s? Is it intelligence, and is an artificial intelligence alive? Why does it all even matter?”
“You’re asking too many questions.”
“On the contrary, I think all of these are valid, even if we do not know the answer.”
“Then a question to you," he said. "Do you think we should treat artificially intelligent creatures as living creatures?”
Faruzan finds she enjoys her mental sparring battles (read: trash talking sessions) with a certain Hat Brat a little too much.

Nicole was stuck at an idea for her newest novel. It wasn't as though she would actually write them down with a pen of course, but it should be about time that her plan to assassinate the Grandmaster finally comes into fruition. She wouldn't hurt Varka, perish the thought, however if inspiration comes knocking at her door, who is she to say otherwise?
If only there wasn't a slight hiccup in her plan.
Nicole drops the teacup she was holding. She was quite surprised it didn’t shatter as it made a mess of the carpet. The tale the traveler was telling right now made her feelings a complicated mess. One she’s not sure how to decipher.
“Nicole?” Paimon floats next to her, looking concerned.
“I must have misheard you,” Nicole claims, picking up the fallen cup with a flick of her wrist. “What did you say again?
Lumine looked at her companion, scratching the back of her neck. “We heard from Donna that Varka has been the subject of many admirers since he came back from his expedition. Maybe instead of assassinating him, he could be the lead of a romance novel.”
