A few days ago, Cassidy knocked on Wolfgang’s door for one reason. Today, Cassidy knocked on Wolfgang's door for the exact same reason, said the exact same words, with the exact same intonation. It seemed as if history was repeating.
However, if that was true, just like Tozu’s morning announcement and Cassidy’s insistence on Wolfgang’s appearance at this meeting…
It left a bad taste in his mouth. Time travel did not exist, and it couldn’t exist.
Wolfgang could handle this just fine. It could just be a coincidence.
It had to be.

Summary
Muichiro wakes up in hospital knowing two things: his name, and that he remembers nothing. He's got more than enough to deal with, but he can't help but find himself drawn to a stranger with kind red eyes.
Tanjiro has spent his life, since his father's death, helping his mother raise his siblings and run their bakery, only deviating from that focus to study as a paramedic. He's never even considered relationships or dating - until he meets Muichiro, who could just be the most complex person alive to have those thoughts about.
Giyuu and Sabito have been running Urokodaki's soup kitchen for years now, living together in a holding pattern of familiar routines. Giyuu isn't overly concerned with what, exactly, they are to each other; Sabito wants, and fears, clarity.
Taking Muichiro in might force them to confront that.
