It takes every ounce of her self control to not touch him on the train, because she knows if she kisses him again she’s going to get them both arrested for public indecency. So she stands close but not too close and counts down the stops until finally they’re stumbling out of the warm heat of the subway and she leads him by the hand through the lobby.
