Steve Rogers has medical debt so ridiculous that if he doesn't do something about it, his mother will be out on the street. He swallows his pride and agrees to a 'charity marriage' with the elusive son of Howard Stark, so Howard can show off how wealthy and generous they are. Maybe it would have worked, too, if he hadn't then met the love the love of his life on his last night of freedom.

Steve kept his eyes on the chopping board in front of him as he spoke. “An affair. I read it in line at the grocery store this morning. They didn’t know for certain who it was with, but they had some pretty inventive suggestions. Saw some names that I really wish I hadn’t, because now those images are permanently etched into my retina.”
Tony scrambled off the couch, nearly braining himself on the table when his foot caught under the edge of the rug, and all but ran over to Steve, never more grateful for their open-plan apartment.
“I'm not,” he blurted out frantically, eyes wide and heart beating a rapid staccato. “Steve, I swear I'm not. You have to believe me.”

Summary
Steve scanned the bleachers for Tony, squinting against the glare of the spotlights shining on the football field. As expected, though, Tony was nowhere to be found in the crowd. He sighed, hefting his helmet under his arm, and made his way to the locker room.
He hadn’t really thought Tony would be there, but it would have been nice to see his boyfriend in the stands of the championship game- that they had just won, for the record. But Tony had a general distaste for all things to do with school spirit and wouldn’t be caught dead at a football game. Steve understood; if he’d had the high school experience that Tony had had, he’d be the same way.
It still stung, though, to watch his teammates embrace their boyfriends and girlfriends while he trudged across the field alone. He’d see Tony later, he was sure, but Steve wanted to kiss Tony with the taste of victory fresh on his lips, high on the adrenaline that came with playing and winning.

The first time Tony Stark had seen Steve Rogers’ ass, swaddled up in slightly-too-baggy blue uniform pants, he’d wanted to ruin it.
In the alternate 2012 timeline, Tony notices America's Ass, and he wants to do terrible things to it. Turns out Steve has a bit of a sexual issue thanks to the serum, so Tony gets his chance.
No plot, no redeeming qualities, just had a dirty thought and took 8k words to get to the point of it.
