Summary
In a world like ours, where natural disasters are divine beings serving for Mother Nature, and therefore natural destruction happens on a scheduled basis... the brash, cantankerous and strong-headed Tornado would've never thought that he would have an unexpected bubblier and energetic acquaintance when the time came to commence a natural disaster in an area he's never touched before, leading to a sudden battle between air... and water. And soon, it results in an outcome more catastrophic and existential than ever imagined.
