    Peter’s mumbling gets quieter and more spaced out until he’s not really defining the molecular formula for a glucose molecule anymore. He’s aware of every inch of space between him and Wade, how the closest part of Wade to him is his knees at the moment, how the little circles Wade draws into the nub of the tiny leaves look like they would feel really good.

    He gets that feeling in the nape of his neck and flits his view to Wade.

    Wade is looking back at him, curious.

    “You want one?” He offers with a balmy laugh.

    Peter is temporarily taken out of his stupor. He nods his head.

    Wade picks one up, and, for only a moment, Peter imagines Wade bringing the fruit to his own lips instead of Peter’s hand. He pictures Wade pressing a soft lick to the chocolate coating, then another, before sucking the strawberry's point into his mouth, kissing it. He licks more of the chocolate until the red tip shows, and he keeps lapping and lapping and lapping—

    “Say aah.”

    Or: Peter has a crush on his tutor, and Wade proves that studying is more fun with him instead.

    "Alright, sweetums. Let’s get that nose of yours back in its original spot.”

    He grabs the kids face gently, tilting his head towards himself. Wade takes his thumb and–wait–what the fuck?
    Wade tilts his head to the side in utter confusion as he tries to understand what in the shit fuck is happening right now. Not only is his nose magically unbroken, but the black eye has faded into a lighter shade and his split lip looks less swollen. He runs a thumb over his nose gently to check to see if it's indeed intact, leaning in close with a quizzical frown. All Wade can find is the yellowish hue of a healing bruise that was once there. Is he a mutant with a healing factor? How many mutants does he know? Not exactly many. How many mutants does he know that are as pretty as this? His eyes scan down the length of his body, trying to figure out the puzzle in front of him on the table. He’s just missing some pieces…

    What is he not seeing?

    Another little sigh fell from the young man’s lips, taking a step towards Robby’s bedroom door.
    He stepped inside.
    A neatly made bed greeted him, dark walls, books and a desk in the corner with a radio, minimal pictures and decor littering the bedroom. The final thing that Dennis lay his eyes on was…a dog bed? A big, very plush looking dog bed. A dog bed that appeared as though it was entirely unused.

    Dennis's first night house sitting, and he can't decide between the sofa or Robby's bed. Well, until he sees the human sized dog bed. Though, right as he dozes off, Robby comes home and finds him right where he wants him to be.
