Though the last straw is finally pulled when his brother decides not to save him from Bowser and leaves him to 'rot' in Bowser's castle. While staying with Bowser, Luigi learns how to stand up for himself and gains a lot more confidence. He also ends up telling the giant koopa why he strongly dislikes the mushroom kingdom and why he hates his brother and Peach.
