Summary
Peter’s life feels like clockwork. He spends the day at his normal job, volunteers at FEAST three times a week, and patrols most evenings. He does everything he can to not be home alone with his thoughts, too worried that the feeling like a failure will seep in the longer he’s alone.
It's only when Ricardo, the manager of FEAST, provides an update that Peter realizes he's spiraling.
“I’ve decided to hire a PR agency to help us gain a bit of attention in the area, which will hopefully drive more support and get us more funding to expand and help more than just Queens.”

Every morning he would collect his paper from the doorstep and retreat back to his kitchen where an owl would be waiting with his other paper at the window. However, on this rainy Tuesday, there was more than a newspaper in this owl's talons.After the death of her parents, Hermione goes to live with her uncle at the age of five, discovering she is a witch from her magical uncle. Attending Beauxbatons Academy of Magic, Hermione joins her school on a trip to Hogwarts in 1994, where three schools will be competing in the Triwizard Tournament.
Hermione meets many friends at Hogwarts, spending her sixth year amongst the other school's Houses, and discovering friends and loved ones that will last her whole life. If only she could figure out a way to help her new friends in the fight against He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named, while desperately trying not to fall completely head over heels for a certain mischief-making redhead who seems intent on having her do just that.

Summary
In the wake of Peter Parker erasing himself from the memories of his friends and family, not to mention the entire universe, he's doing as well as can be expected. Three years later, he's attending ESU, trying to work three jobs alongside getting two degrees, and still going out as Spider-Man. He's fine, really. Everything is just fine. That is until a run-in with the law and a DNA test shatter the carefully constructed facade that Peter had made his life.

“Your blood matches a sample the FBI has on file from a kidnapping case.” Agent Carisi opens the thicker file. “A four-year-old boy taken while on vacation with his father about twenty years ago.”
Peter’s breathing speeds up.
“Authorities took fingerprint and DNA samples from the boy’s room, and at the father’s behest, we continue to test them against any that are placed within any system we have access to.”
A piece of paper with lab results lays atop the file. It gets picked up and placed on the table.
