Summary
Steve is a single parent to Dustin and Max. He stepped up and fought for the custody of these two since their parents were involved in a tragic accident. At the ripe age of 18 Steve was willing to prove he was capable of raising the young kids, later winning the trial Steve legally became their guardians. No one really knows the truth of Steve’s parenthood due to the fact they moved a bit out of town.
4 years pass and Steve is in his second year of college, the kids starting high school gives him more time to focus on school. In his second year, he runs into an old high school classmate. None other than Eddie Munson. He thought Eddie was one of the coolest people in their year but back then he would never admit that. Eddie thinks Steve is still an ass from high school so he’s not exactly thrilled to sit next to him for class.
“Well if it isn’t King Steve. Didn’t think I’d ever see you again.”
“Just Steve is fine and it’s not that surprising.” Steve winced at his tone, he could feel the irritation off of him.
“Whatever man.” Eddie sat next to him quietly putting his head down, not bothering to strike up a conversation and Steve just focused on the professor.
