Waves of unease sank into his skin like the crashing high tide. “Childe, I don’t get—“
“I love you.”
White, ornate petals scatter the insides of Tartaglia's throat.

Summary
Taking a deep breath, Diluc opened the front cover of Kaeya’s journal and braced himself as he skimmed the first page. ‘To D:,’ it started, as all of Kaeya’s letters did, ‘If you are reading this, then I am dead.’
An unfortunate tragedy unintentionally spawned a hidden journal detailing Kaeya’s life in full actuality. With unearthed truths and unspoken feelings, Diluc navigates his brother’s perspective through a new lens, trying to salvage what little relationship they had despite being far too late.

Summary
The taste of nightmares was an uncomfortable delicacy for a dream eater. As for Xiao, the saccharine sweetness of fear was a sick pit in his stomach. But as he unhinged his jaw each time, a figure bathed in light weaved themself within the dreamscape. They blended in every shadow, watching him, urging him to ungrasp the final terrors of his victims.
And when Xiao encountered this phantom before him in the waking realm--smiling with his ivory wings and twine braids--he couldn't help but believe the figure of nightmares was more of sweet dreams.

“I mean, the bikini lady was hot, sure, but, uh, also really juvenile, you know?” He blurts out. “And like, I wanted something that was, uh, more… representative of my current interests?” Nailed it.
Fushiguro furrows his brows. “So… you got a poster of Sasuke instead? From Naruto?”
“Mhm!” Yuuji nods aggressively. “Love Sasuke. Can’t get enough of him! I just adore the whole show. And the manga! Such a huge fan! I really enjoy the, uh, extended metaphor about cycles of hate and generational trauma. I eat that stuff up! I just don’t own any of the manga. Or the merch. So, uh-” Yuuji gestures wildly behind him. “- Poster.” he finishes awkwardly.
“... Gotcha.” Fushiguro replies slowly.
Yuuji replaces his bikini model pin-up with a poster of Sasuke from Naruto. Which could mean nothing.
