Summary
Yuji is tired and depressed; so many of his friends died and he’s just so tired of losing people. He somehow ends up in the Heian Era as a three year old with the memories of a nineteen year old. It goes about as poorly as you’d expect.
I’ve never read the manga, but I have seen a few spoilers so there might be some inaccuracies where I just made stuff up to fill in the gaps.

It's the one where Yuji woke up in the Heian era in that time period's Kenjaku's lab/basement. He runs away, can't use pierc8ng blood but can somewhat use shrine even though it's no where near as established as he had it previously. Found Nanami who used to be a swordsman before becoming a merchant n then leaving that life behind to wander and slay curses after his wife was murder by one. Nanami takes him in, concludes he must be related to Sukuna, goes to the Lord of the village to ask what to do, and is told to return him to (the relation that now everyone is assuming) his father. Sukuna & Urauma burn yhe village to a crisp a couple days after Yuji and Nanami set off and right before the Lord dies he tries to bargain with Sukuna by bringing up Yuji. Sukuna sends Urauma to intercept incase the rumour is true and Urauma finds both Yuji & Nanami on a path towards the estate and brings them both to it once they realise how attached Yuji is to Nanami and after seeing his display of shrine. Nanami worries for his death once Sukuna returns but Urauma says they'll attempt to keep him around if Yuji's favour isn't enough (probably so he's responsible for raising him)

Yuji finds a ritual to send himself back in time long after the shinjuku arc. He plans to send himself back to when he first met Megumi, but instead is sent back in time to the week of the death of the Star Plasma Vessel. Convinces Toji to back out of it temporarily and offer shim 69 million to do so. Robs the Kamo clan storage, eats 3 of Sukunas fingers and sells 20 mil worth of cursed weapons. Isn't enough money so Toji goes for the job anyways but with Yuji tailing who heals both Gojo and Geto (means gojo hasn't learned rct or hollow purple yet) who now see him as their "saviour". Yuji is teaching Megumi how to control his cursed energy, Toji and Yuji bought a compound together and live there, turning the old storage room into a gym and preventing Geto from going on the mission that leads to the genocide of a village and instead he helps Yuji teach Megumi about the 10 shadows technique. Gojo is a brat and flirty in this one though auth has state there will be no Yuji/Gojo or Yuji/Geto (praying for my black n white soul mates but no tag so far)

He lived in regular Sendai, went to his regular school and went home every day to his regular house.
And just because it was mundane didn't mean he didn't enjoy his life; in fact, he considered himself lucky! He loved Sendai, he loved his school and yes, he even loved his regular old house (Wouldn't hurt if it was bigger though).
Despite Yuuji’s gratefulness for the mundane, sadly for him, the mundane didn't seem all too grateful for him.
I mean, finding out your long-lost uncle was the most feared Yakuza leader in the country and was actively seeking you out wasn't all that regular, was it?

Mafia story where its a no curses AU. Yuji's grandfather does and he'd pulled asode after leaving the crematorium by Megumi to warm him about his evil yakuza mafia uncle who apparently everyone only just knoe found out he's related to despite apparently looking incredibly similar to him, let alone the surname. They're training to be Special agents and there was the mission in the fancy gala to protect to guests as they celebrated the new leader being elected (for the agency) where they got jumped by a bunch of yakuza as Sukuna attempted to kidnap Yuji (presumably again as he was originally heading to Sendai and that's why Megumi had to kinda jump Yuji in that alley to drag him to Gojo). Yuji apprehended the 8 men or whatever, found Megumi n ran to find Nobara, and there was the whole girl hostage scene etc where he got shot and Choso found him on the floor

Yuji defends agai St Sukuna's world cutting slash with a black flash and Todd's well timed boogie woogie sends him flying back into the future. Befriends Geto immediately, Shoko seems a bit rough but after they're sent on their evaluation mission (the doctor shadow fuck idk) and nearly die they make up. Spend the night at an Inn, don't contact anyone so they think they're dead try smoking etc. Yoga is talking with an assistant on the phone during that time and the possibility of time travel is brought up. Gojo's a little shit like always, trying to somewhat bond with Yuji over the assumption he's a clan kid because of the blood manipulation but also doesn't know what the fuck he is and stalks him when he goes to the suicide bridge to recover Sukuna's finger. Yuji swallows the finger within his own domain (altruistic suicide) to hide from gojo and sukuna knowsss. Once out the domain Yuji always falls from the bridge but gojo saves him and pulls him up by his arms.
