Summary
In a remote Russian village, Vasily and Ogata have built a small bakery and an even stranger household. They have taken in three children: Dobrya, Vasily’s restless teenage nephew; Vera, who is still trying to return to the mother who left her behind; and Kitten, a strange toddler Ogata found half-frozen in the snow.

Summary
These photographs, thought to be taken on a Kodak Brownie, and sketches from photographic reference were found in one of the sketchbooks of Vasily Pavlichenko. It is unknown whether he took the photographs himself, or if they were taken by a friend or colleague, but given the high number featuring Pavlichenko himself it is likely they were taken by someone else.

Summary
When Ogata was a child, he'd always keep an eye on the sky, watching for storm-grey clouds overhead.
He liked the rain, liked the after-dew, and even though it scared away the game, he liked the thunderstorms, too.(Sugimoto and Ogata play a game of cat-and-mouse, only here, there are no winners or losers.)
