    As a possible plot bunyip, I think that Internal Affairs would investigate why Ziva 'panicked' and fired multiple times inside the crate she and Tony were trapped in. 🤔 Because that means she could potentially have another 'panic attack' in a much more public location, where innocent citizens could be hit by her random shots, which would be *very* bad publicity for the agency. 😠
    And given his background, I think that Vance would be quite leery about pushing IA too hard about reinstating her for duty asap. If nothing else, Ziva getting angry for being questioned about a possible 'panic attack' and then making disparaging remarks about the quality of American training compared to Mossad training would definitely make anyone interviewing her about that Charlie-Foxtrot slow-walk their issuing their conclusions about her being cleared to resume duty.
