Qifrey steps to rest Olruggio on the mattress, yet a sudden phantom pains through his body. A voice murmurs in his ears, thick with dripping poison. He loses balance and almost drops the other alongside himself, if not for Coco and Riche’s support.
“Professor, we’ll take it from here,” Riche says.
“Yeah, in the meantime, you should go get some rest yourself,” Coco chirps. “But don’t forget to eat first, though! Rest assured, we’ll take care of Professor Olruggio as you sleep.”
