Summary
Goh is nervous about going on his first date ever, so Ash and Gary both volunteer to take him on a practice date. The problem is, Goh is starting to wish they were real dates, which can obviously never happen because Ash and Gary are already dating each other.
Ash rolls his eyes. “Oh, come on, Gary. Are you really getting jealous over me taking our friend on a fake date?”
“Of course not, don’t be stupid, Ash.” Gary waves him off. “I’m just saying that you specifically are the last person who should be in charge of this project.”
“What? Why?!”
“Because I guarantee that your idea of a date is hanging out in the woods catching pokemon all day.”
“What’s wrong with that? That sounds like a great time.”
“It’s what you two do literally every day, Ash. That teaches him nothing.” Gary gives a determined nod, like he’s just solved it. “Clearly, I’m the one here who is qualified to fake date Goh.”

Summary
Goh has a little too much to drink at his birthday party. Luckily, Gary volunteers to get him home safely. Or maybe unluckily, since Goh is a chatty drunk and Gary fucking Oak is the last person he wants to be spilling his secrets to.
Goh rouses at the sound of Gary’s voice, lifting his head off the wall to squint at him in the dim lighting. “Gary?”
“Yeah. I’m here to take you home.” Gary is prepped for a fight, honestly. Or a few acidic remarks about Gary needing to mind his own business, at the very least.
He doesn’t expect Goh’s face to split into a delighted grin right before he flings himself at Gary, arms wrapping around his neck. He lets out a little “oof” sound on impact, instinctively wrapping his arms around Goh’s middle to keep the younger man steady.
“You made it!” Goh cries, burying his face in the crook of Gary’s neck. “Thought you weren’ comin’.”

Summary
Surviving in the wilderness really isn't all it's cracked up to be.
After being gone for a year, John Dory returns to the Troll Tree to find it completely empty. Save for one troll: His baby brother, Branch. Thinking the trolls and the rest of his family dead, he sets off once again to the Neverglade Trail, this time, with his baby brother in tow. Fueled by fear, guilt, and voices from the past he just can't seem to escape, he wonders if he made the right decision.
But he promised his brother he would never leave him again. So he wouldn't.
Besides, he was never known for his great decisions anyways.
(Based on the song "Great Decisions" by Judah & the Lion)
