Did they take them away for questioning? Godwin and Žižka were of noble descent, surely they wouldn't kill them. But Henry?
No, they would not kill Henry either. He is a noble's bastard, and, most importantly, he is Hans' page. They would be fools to harm him. Surely, they're also being held prisoners someplace else, and they will shortly get freed by someone coming for them, along with Hans.

“I was supposed to take a look at it, fuck, why didn’t you wake me earlier?” Henry fidgets, all traces of his sleepiness gone in an instant, and before Hans has a chance to respond, his fingers are already frantically unbuttoning the collar of Hans’ tunic.
He gets a few of them done, before freezing, as if suddenly realising what he’s doing. He looks up at Hans, only to find an amused grin on his face.
“Go on.”
Or: After the victory at Suchdol, Henry keeps his promise to take a look at Hans' arrow wound. (AKA something we deserved to see after that dialogue, why would you have them say all that and then proceed NOT to show it?? So yeah, here's me doing that.)

“Charles.” Arthur broke the quiet, his eyes not abandoning the sight. “When all of this is over… Can you promise me you’ll be alright? Can you promise me to get yourself out and not look back?” He finally turned his head towards him, only to find Charles already looking back at him. Their eyes seemed to hold a silent conversation of their own, not breaking contact for even a second.
“I promise.” He whispered. A weight got lifted off of Arthur’s chest at that. He knew Charles could keep his promise, he had no doubt in trusting him on that. “But I’m getting you out, too.”
Or: Charles finds out about Arthur's condition and sets his mind on getting him out - Even though he knows it's too late.
