Summary
Mike Wheeler's feelings for Will had become all consuming, especially after Will his Will had proven himself a real-life honest-to-God sorcerer. Displaying his heroics in a beautiful way. Unbeknownst to Mike, this new advantage for the group leads to unexpected struggles for Will. Mike yearns to help Will, but he feels completely and utterly useless to him. Mike's enthusiasm to help Will, to cater to Will's ever need, forces him to face every feeling he pushed deep inside of him.
AKA fixing volume 2, putting scenes we have in Mike's POV, writing my version the volume 2 files we were absolutely robbed from, and providing some extra scenes for Byler fans.

Jason turned, the back wall was covered in newspapers, just like it always had been, he looked back at Damian confused, the kid rolled his eyes, “Look at the date.”
Jason’s heart drops, but he looks anyway.

Summary

If necessary, they can even work together— though neither likes to. Then Tim discovers that Damian enjoys bird-watching too. Or: sometimes the difficult things are the most rewarding.
