In english:
Mitsuki realizes that perhaps he is different from his friends. Not everything was as easy as other people made it seem, not everything was so simple, and sometimes it didn't even seem to make sense! But he has good company that welcomes him and makes Konoha his home.
Meanwhile, Konohamaru and Tsunade want to help him, but adults don't always know what they're doing.

Schroeder rolls his eyes. "I don't care if I spend countless hours trying to teach you how to play one single scale." He tells her firmly. "I'm doing this because I want to. Your parents don't have to pay me to teach you something that I already love to do."
