Obviously, there were some advantages of being a beta. Jisung didn't feel a bunch of smells suffocating him everywhere he went, he didn't feel fear from the mere stern voice of an alpha, nor did he get turned on when helping his friends in heat, whether they were alphas or omegas. He really should be grateful, and believe him, on many occasions he was immensely happy for not being such an open book as the other classes, but something changed along the way, and suddenly it was as if his whole body begged to be different.
As if the butterflies in his stomach weren't enough, getting excited every time Minho was even mentioned, Jisung also had to learn to deal with an insanely delicious scent following him everywhere he went, like an extra shadow. It may have been subtle at first, bearable even, but slowly one problem merged with another and turned his simple beta life into a complete mess.
Just because he wanted to be different, just because he was made for Minho.
