Summary
The definitions of the biology of which will be used for the plot was copied from their work, titled The Price of a Pearl, which is the inspiration for the fic. GoldenEyesObsession and a few others had started this concept of a Clamverse AU. It sounded intriguing which got me to read their previous fic and now we are here. Please do not come at me with pitchforks! I am trying to continue an AU.

Todoroki Shouto is a clam that needs relief. Todoroki Enji wants to be closer to Shouto but is terrible at the whole entire parenting thing. Then his boy comes to him, begging him to get rid of the pearl that he was so sure he could get out on his own like a big boy. Besides how could Enji refuse when Shouto begs like that, whimpering in pain? What type of father would refuse to help their own son?

Lyoren, a 16-year-old black wolf mix, is trying to be more loved by his only family - his 45-year-old mother, Angeline, and his 25-year-old sister, Kayla.
His mother, Angeline, was happily married to her first husband until he sadly passed away when Kayla was 8 years old. Not long after, Lyoren was born from a one-night stand with his father. After waking up drunk in a love hotel and barely remembering anything about that night, she found out she was pregnant a few days later. She considered abortion or giving him up for adoption because she was already struggling financially, and she already had a daughter at home.
But nonetheless, she decided to keep him. Over the years, she did the bare minimum of loving and taking care of him. His sister hated his guts, because she was now old enough to believe her brother only made their life harder.
Now, in the present day, Lyoren is 16 and feels depressed because of what he grew up with, knowing he was a mistake his mother kept. Regardless, he wants to change that and try to win over their love. But how?
