Eight months after a motorcycle accident that left the black-sheep heir to Ronov Industries, Hans Capon, on crutches for good, his uncle Hanush has tried possibly everything to get the boy to be himself again. Nothing has worked, therapy sessions have been deserted, physio has been half-arsed, and even the joy of a fuck or a hunt doesn't spark life in young Capon's eyes anymore.
Hanush, desperate and running out of both options and time, contacts his old friend's son, the small-town mechanic wunderkind Henry Kovář. The offer is simple: Henry gets a job, booze money, and somewhere to stay when his landlord is being a bitch, and all he has to do in return is fix the family's cars (of which they have plenty) and keep an eye on the young heir before he does anything silly. Henry, freshly single and jobless, really has no choice but to accept.
A story about being fucked up, and then being slightly less fucked up, until you're not really fucked up anymore.
