He needed to be close. Watching. Guiding. Taking pride in all his achievements.
Tony looked at his sleeping face and smiled to himself ever so slightly. “Can you blame me, Bruce?”
His friend also smiled. “Not at all. Just want you to be honest with yourself. And I can tell you with full confidence that we'd sooner disband than let Peter go.”
“I'd sooner die.”
