So far away from the city that we can’t even hear them calling our names.” Joker’s practically shaking with excitement. “It would go off without a hitch, what with our two heads put together? I get shivers just thinking about it.”
Or the one in which Batman and Joker go on a holiday to Romania. Things don't go as planned and I still can't write fluff without angst.

It only became a concern when it happened again… and again and again."
Or: Batman tries to repress the sadism in his sexuality but when he stops using memories of beating Joker as spank bank fodder, the tension becomes too much. He visits Joker at Arkham and smut ensues.
