   Summary

   Tartaglia, a notorious criminal and also known as one of the group members of the discreet Fatui who serve under the Tsaritsa has been forced to take a vacation and currently in Liyue Harbor for the next 8 months.

   Zhongli, a renowned detective who has been assigned to catch the Fatui which makes him an infamous enemy among Childe's colleagues.
