You can't help but snort. "I offered you a hug. I'm not about to stab you with my hidden knife or something."
Casper's eyes go wide. "You have a hidden knife?"

A dangerous glint of mischief betrays his serious facade, and up-close there’s absolutely no doubt about it anymore.
Ghost is simply teasing you because that’s all he can do to get what he wants faster.
Face-to-face with a man’s obviously fleeting resolve, you know a little will go a long way. Your empty hand reaches out, middle and ring finger running down his side before finding home under the man’s thigh gun holster straps and tugging him close.
(Let’s see how long he can last pretending.)
“Oh no, sir. Wouldn’t dream of it,” he bends down in expectation, pleading eyes hovering over your lips and thirsting for the words to come out of them next. “Only the ones that get turned on by it.”
Alternatively:
an overworked doctor uses unorthodox methods to make sure a sexually frustrated Ghost doesn't go on a killing spree. 'unorthodox' being a very tame understatement. (even more explicit wonders ensue!)

Your needle 'accidentally' slips to prick where Ghost can still feel everything, that bitch of a Brit paying you back with a weak smack to your leg.Asshole.

exhausted doctor is tasked with helping ghost recover from several injuries, but neither of them expect him to like the pain a bit too much. neither of them complain about this, either. (explicit wonders ensue)
