“My apologies sir! Can you give me your name and address? I will pull up your file and get this fixed as quickly as possible.”
“Oh sure, sorry. This is Shane Hollander, my address is 239 Kodiak Way.”
Ilya almost fell out of his chair in his haste to grab a pen, knocking over the IHeartLoons mug that held an assortment of pens and pencils. Blyat! Svetlana gave a quizzical look. On the other end of the phone line, Shane asked “Is everything okay?”
With his most nonchalant voice, Ilya replied “Oh yes, my co-worker just dropped some supplies. It is all fine.” As Svetlana glared at him, Ilya silently mouthed "It is SHANE HOLLANDER" but she couldn’t understand him. She walked over to look at the computer screen and saw the name on the file that he just brought up. Wiggling her eyebrows, she started puckering her lips, making kissing noises and hugging herself in a fake embrace. Ilya swatted at her as he tried to remember how to operate a keyboard.
