Summary
When he’s hacked up the last of the water in his lungs, Sanji pushes himself up on his palms. Despite how exhausted he looks, his eyes are still wild when they latch onto Zoro’s face.
Sanji starts out, “The Merry—”
“Not here,” Zoro tells him. “There was a storm. Remember?”
“I was getting Chopper off the deck,” Sanji says slowly, frowning, like the mere act of recollection is giving him a headache. “I went over.” He looks up as he remembers: “You jumped in after me.”

After a storm washes them overboard, Zoro and Sanji get stranded on a strange island that changes by the day.

Summary
How is one supposed to act after spending the night with the love of your life? You’re supposed to be happy, radiating joy for being lucky enough to have that chance, right? Or at least that’s what Sanji thinks. In reality, he has a mix of emotions that combine that with… discomfort at the thought of things changing, fear, and the confusion of how they ended up in bed so suddenly after years of mutual feelings… all thanks to alcohol. He’s not the type of person who regrets what he does, but the guilt over what he feels, and Zoro’s apparent indifference aren’t helping clear his head.

Sanji wakes up after sleeping with the love of his life feeling torn between happiness and anxiety, struggling with guilt and fear about how their relationship might change after years of unspoken feelings.

He's been down this road before, fallen in love as many times as he's practiced his knife skills, each time a pretty woman smiles at him and a few rare times in the past when a man has looked at him just right, or said something that reeled him in. Zeff once told him he had a soft heart, that he fell too easily for people, that it was going to get him hurt one day. Sanji is pretty sure he was right, that he is a little in love with every person he's ever met. Compensation for a lack of love in his childhood, he supposes, but it's not the worst flaw he could have.

Sanji falls in love with all of his friends. Then he falls in love with Zoro, which is not the same thing.
