Summary
Instead of lobotomizing him, Naomi reprograms Castiel by de-aging him back into a baby. Dean and Sam rescue him, but are unable to reverse the effects. Instead, they take on the task of raising and caring for the baby angel until he can grow back up into the Cas they know and love... Or will he?
Castiel still has his angel powers, but no control of them and virtually no memories. He grows more quickly than expected, and the Winchesters struggle to stay on top of his constantly changing developmental milestones and needs. To make matters even more complicated, memories of his past life begin to resurface in Cas's dreams, and their enemies see an opportunity to use the incapacitated angel's vulnerability to their advantage.
Cas's thoughts and feelings about his situation change as he grows, and all three of them must contend with the challenge of adapting their lives and relationships to this new reality. Will their little family ever be the same again?

When Stede and Izzy are sent off together for some mandated bonding time, they run into some of Stede's old "friends" from boarding school. Izzy steps in to defend Stede, getting himself stabbed (non-fatally) in the process, which marks a turning point in their relationship. Ed is shocked to learn from Izzy that Stede has been hiding parts of his past. They talk it through, and grow stronger in the process.

Taylor, a young omega, expects his experience to be the same as any other omega- only to find out quite publicly that in fact, he isn’t actually an omega at all. Furious and ashamed, Taylor leaves home to sign up as a worker at the Brightview Finishing School with plans to take his revenge- and if all goes well, that pretty little omega who the sex ed teacher used as a demonstration model as well.

Dean Winchester has a problem. John Watson has a very similar problem. Their friends Cas and Sherlock just won't go to sleep! The two are starting to make themselves sick in a manner Dean accurately describes as "childish", so John and Dean hatch a plan. If they are going to act like children, maybe the only way to get them to sleep is to treat them like stubborn kids at bedtime.
Basically an excuse to write Dean reading cute picture books and singing a lullaby to Cas. Because softie Dean is adorable. Most of the Sherlock stuff happens offscreen. Doctor Who is mentioned, but more to establish setting than anything. No Doctor Who characters are actively in this story.

"Tell me a secret," Elphie says one night when Galinda is ready for bed, and is longing on top of her pillows, pretending to read. Elphie has just got back some minutes ago, and is for some reason distraught. She hangs her jacket on the coat rack absentmindedly, stopping at the centre of their room. There is a cloud of emotion hanging over her head, and Galinda suddenly realises that she is out of time.
"You can't just demand secrets, Elphie," Galinda chides her, doing an admirable job of hiding the fact that her heart sits in her throat. The world buzzes at the edges of her vision. "You know how the game works."
"Alright," Elphie stands in the middle of the room, arms folded on her chest. Galinda averts her eyes from how this pose highlights Elphie's biceps. "Alright." She turns to Galinda. "My secret is that I think Fiyero is not good for you."
(or: Galinda struggles with intimacy in her relationship with Fiyero, but thankfully she has a friend who is always happy to help)
