Summary
Soulmates share dreams. This is a known fact. Everyone looks forward to the day they have that first encounter and get to finally share a dream.
Sokka's just begun his sophomore year at Ba Sing State. He's helped Katara move in and had the opportunity to meet his sister's soulmate, a freshman named Aang. He's met with some friends and been introduced to plenty of new faces, and finally, officially met his roommate, Zuko. Zuko who seems nice enough, if a bit awkward and rough around the edges.
So what's a guy to do, after spending a day interacting with lots of new people, only to fall asleep and finally dream for the firs time?

Summary
Long ago, King Alfor sent his only son away with the Black Lion to protect Voltron from Zarkon's clutches. A small group of Alteans journeyed with the Altean Prince to a remote planet in an effort to rebuild their civilization, escape war and assist with hiding the Lion.

“Ya know,” he hears Wu comment as the prince slings an arm around his shoulder. Wu pulls Mako close, though his attention remains on his conversation partners. “Egos start wars.”
He says it so matter of factly. His tone almost condescending as if his own ego doesn’t threaten his life on a near daily basis. And okay, it’s been a long day and Mako is tired. He doesn’t want to be at some stuffy event surrounded by a bunch of people and trying to maintain some kind of polite demeanor. He quickly learned during his time with Asami and Korra that this just isn’t for him. This is so far removed from how he grew up and what he’s used to, and he’s so tired of biting his tongue every time Wu opens his mouth, that the words slip out before he can even stop himself.
“I’m surprised yours hasn’t yet.”

The team is sent on a peacekeeping mission by Lotor to finally put a stop to a centuries long rebellion between the Galra and the planet's inhabitants.
Something is up with Shiro and it's up to Lance to help.

There’s something to be said about sitting by a fire, wrapped up in a blanket and sipping from a mug of hot chocolate. Silence fills the room, broken only by the occasional snap and pop of the fire. His fiancé leans against his side, wrapped up in a blanket of his own. He blows on the drink in his hand before taking a tentative sip.

Book one ends with two major diffrences: 1. Sokka went on the mission with Hahn (it did not go well) 2. Zhao survives the North Pole and that proves unfortunate for everybody (except Zhao, obviously)
Imprisoned on Zhao’s war ship, Sokka and Zuko have to work together to survive. They are not very enthusiastic about this prospect.

Summary
Keith has always lived his life by a few simple rules that boil down to one ultimatum: never let the fey know he’s an ironblood. He doesn’t remember much of his life before Shiro found him, but things have been pretty good since. Despite the fact that his guardian-turned-brother-figure is a fey, his best friend is a druid, and his dog is a blink wolf, his life is pretty ordinary.
That is, until he runs into a beautiful fey with eyes like ice and a touch like fire. A fey that makes him want to break the rules and calls out to a part of him that’s remained shrouded for so long. With their lives irrevocable intertwined, drawn to one another despite all the warnings, they’re set on a path that threatens to destroy who they are and save who they might become.
The course of love never did run smooth.
