Nicholas thinks it's fate.
Euijoo thinks fate sounds suspiciously like a recommendation and he has never been good at taking those. Not from his friends, not from strangers, and certainly not from the universe. If he falls in love, it will be his own decision.
Unfortunately for Euijoo, Nicholas is just as stubborn as he is.

On the eve of his twentieth birthday, Taki had lain beside him on his room's felted wool carpet and nudged his shoulder."Nico, I love you," he said, like his rib cage threatened to cave in.
Nicholas, with Taki's bleeding heart squeezed in his palm, only whispered back, "You'll grow out of it."
And now onto the most terrifying part, what if Taki had done just that?
OR: Taki comes from the future to spend a week with &Team on tour, and clean his bedroom. He ends up ruining Nicholas’ life.

I'd do anything to be the only one that you think ofNicholas tries to recall the first time it happened.
It’s all a blur. They were high on adrenaline after a concert, maybe even a little tipsy after the celebratory dinner they shared. Maybe Nicholas got too touchy with his members and before he knew it, there were soft lips crashing against his, a delicate hand blindly reaching for his shirt. A flash of red locks, whining pleads, squelching sounds. Hands squeezing him, holding him down by his wrists, ruffled up sheets and breathless words.
