Summary
It wasn’t far-fetched.
Being friends with Wednesday could have only ended in one of three ways – Enid dead in her bed, Enid lying open on an operation table in the Addams’ mansion or Enid tied and gagged in a trunk of a car.
At least the option they ended up with was the least deadly one.
Enid ought to find a modicum of solace in that.
And in the outcome too. She should feel quite satisfied with how the events drew to an end.
